Im thinking of catching him in concert later on this year. I was wondering if people could let me know what they think about his live performance. Great? okay? Horrible? Hit me back, tell me what you think

Hi laluver, welcome to the site!
I've been going to see James perform live since October 2004, and each time has got better and better!!!
In those earlier days when he was just a support act, he was performing to a bunch of people who weren't that interested in seeing him .. after all, they had come to see the main act. But by the end of his half hour, people were listening and many wanted to find out more. For me, it was his fantastic haunting voice that grabbed me.
When he got his own tour doing small venues holding only 500 or so people, he really began to learn how to perform for an audience, adding in jokes and talking to the audience more.
Now he is doing larger venues with larger stages, he moves around the stage more, interacts with the band as well as the audience (although when youve seen him a few times, the jokes become a little predictable!) and he really seems to be enjoying himself
The last time I saw him, the Wireless festival in Hyde Park London, was probably the best I've seen him - he worked a large festival crowd very well and seemed full of energy and enthusiasm despite being at the end of a 7 month world tour
Where are you planning to go and see him?
There's some live photos in the images section....

You must see James perform live at least once in your life-time. But, after that one time, you want more and more. He is absolutely brilliant on stage. As Tracy said, he gets better and better, his confidence grows with each performance.
Don't just think, DO. ;D
